Our Service Mission

We’ve all heard the story of the real estate agent who “took the listing and disappeared until closing”. We aim to obliterate that stereotype. Rest assured we do this full-time. We answer our phones & we show up. No question is too dumb. No task is too hard. We are with you from the first hand shake, all the way through the sale and even after. Who to call for utilities? We got it. Need a good locksmith? Got it. Handyman? You see where this is going. Think personal butler but real estate… too much?

Buyers

Want to know where to start? It’s the pre-approval. Don’t worry, they won’t pull your credit yet if that’s a concern of yours. Homes are moving quick, have multiple offers, and often backups. Knowing what your approved price point is will help you save time during the search and speed up the offer process. Most listing agents won’t even look at an offer if the client hasn’t been approved by a lender beforehand. It helps if your realtors are as good looking as us.

Don’t have lender? We thought you’d never ask. Here’s a few of our favorites. Click on the image of the lender to be taken directly to their personal website and ask for pre-approval.

Sellers

Congratulations! In this market it’s almost a guarantee. What will help? Pricing it correctly from the start. Your first week on the market is where the most action happens. You don’t want to waste your best exposure time playing games. We’re not saying to under-price it. We want you to make as much money as possible. That being said, over-pricing it by too high a margin and now you’re a wreck on the side of the I-15 freeway. Sure there’s traffic, but no-one gets anywhere. Too utah?
